waxed cotton over sized rain trench made to order in East Vancouver is now available in both mid and lightweight waxed cotton. features french seams, durable brass hardware, and leather hood pulls. waxed cotton is a very durable textile because was acts as a preservative to the canvas. with annual reapplication of wax this coat can last many rainy seasons. customization of hem length and sleeve included in price, and vegan details optional. generally I recommend the mid weight waxed canvas for those living in rain from fall, winter, and spring. the lightweight canvas is suitable for mild climates and travellers might enjoy it as a more packable option.

**The difference in the new fit overcoat and the original is all in the shoulder and neck details. The original is more oversized in the collar and the shoulder has a more sleek silhouette.
